A committed entrepreneur, Guillaume is mainly interested in social and ecological issues, notably de-globalization and anti-consumerism. He advocates a return to nature and the simple pleasures of life, with the aim of protecting the future of the planet and the health of its inhabitants. After many years spent in Western Europe, then in the Caucasus, he settled in Pridnestrovie to experiment and put his ideas into practice.
